Lease Dynamix, LLC (“LDX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website and services at ldxapp.com and ldx.ai (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to data handled through LDX’s Service by users at commercial real estate brokerages, individual brokers, and public sign-ups.

2. Information We Collect

a. Personal Information

  • Name and business email (used for authentication and authorization)
  • Firm affiliation (e.g., brokerage)
  • IP address and browser metadata for analytics and security

b. User Data & Documents

  • Leases, term-sheets, and related documents uploaded by users
  • Metadata, such as document upload times, usage patterns, and inferred location

3. How We Use Information

  • Authenticate and authorize users (including via SSO)
  • Operate, maintain, and improve platform functionality
  • Provide usage analytics to brokerage clients (e.g., usage dashboards)
  • Communicate system updates or service notifications

We do not share or sell any personal data to third parties outside of what is required to provide the Service.

4. Cookies & Analytics

  • We use cookies for essential site functionality and analytics
  • We may deploy tools such as Google Analytics and, in the future, Segment
  • You can manage cookie settings or disable tracking through your browser

5. AI/ML Data Handling

  • LDX does not use user-uploaded documents or PII to train or fine-tune any AI or ML models
  • AI-based features (e.g., document parsing, benchmarking) are processed “inference-only” without data retention
  • We monitor and improve these features in a method that does not involve storing sensitive customer inputs

6. Security

We’ve implemented administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including:

  • Encryption (in transit and at rest)
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Role-based access controls
  • Log monitoring to protect your data

7. Data Retention & Deletion

  • We retain data as necessary for service delivery and accountability
  • Users or customers may request account deletion — data will be permanently removed within 30 days
  • Enterprise contracts may request AWS account transfer (including S3/RDS storage) for retention or archiving
  • We do not offer automated user data export

8. Authentication via Identity Provider

  • Enterprise users primarily authenticate via client IdPs (e.g., Azure AD, Google Workspace) using SAML/OAuth
  • We do not store passwords and rely on third-party MFA

9. Privacy Rights

Users may request deletion or review of their personal data by emailing: support@ldxapp.com

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy, and will post changes here with a revised effective date.
Material changes will be communicated through email or in-app notifications.
