These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the services (“Services”) provided by Lease Dynamix, LLC (“LDX”, “we”, or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entities.
1. Services
LDX provides software services to support commercial real estate professionals in lease negotiation, analysis, and document processing.
Our services may include:
- Document comparison
- AI-assisted lease analysis
- Redlining support
- Benchmarking tools
Use of the Services is limited to authorized users from participating firms or individuals.
2. Account Access and Responsibilities
- Access is granted only to approved users via credentials issued by LDX or your firm.
- You agree to keep access credentials secure.
- You agree to use the Services only in accordance with applicable laws.
3. Data Handling and Privacy
- LDX processes customer data solely for the purpose of delivering its services.
- Customer data is not used to train shared AI models.
- All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Processing complies with security and confidentiality standards and does not involve long-term storage or reuse beyond service delivery.

4. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Services
- Upload or transmit any malicious code
5. Intellectual Property
- LDX retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, models, and interfaces—except for customer data.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
6. Support
Support is available by email at support@ldxapp.com during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET).
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if these Terms are violated.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We make no warranties regarding accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all liability arising from your use of the Services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
- Material updates will be communicated by email and posted at ldxapp.com/terms
- Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
